Warm Vinyasa - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. Vinyasa yoga, often described as a moving meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance.
Each Stone Wave teacher offers a slightly
different approach to our vinyasa classes, so we encourage you to practice with all of us. All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.

Unwind - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. Blending together concepts of restorative yoga, thoughtful stretching, yoga asanas and intuitive movement to release any tension in the muscles and relax the body and the mind. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner this class is the perfect addition to your day.

Warm Yin/Restorative - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. Yin yoga targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.

VinYin - not heated
This class merges the concepts of Vinyasa yoga, and Yin yoga. The first half is a breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. Awake and Energize starts with a moving meditation, utilizing energizing sun salutations followed by an awakening stretch and breathe to link a continuously flowing organic whole. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner this class is the perfect addition to your day.

Creative Flow - not heated
Keeping the integrity of alignment in our postures, freedom is given to move and transition creatively in and out of each asana. Each class is unique in sequence and one’s own pace, cadence, and fluidity is strongly encouraged. This class is accessible to new and seasoned practitioners as the focus is on one’s own unique physique. Use of props are accessible and always recommended. The intention of this Creative Flow class is to explore one’s innate movement, to connect to the breath, to quiet the mind, and come away feeling grounded yet elevated in body, mind and Spirit. Each Stone Wave teacher offers a slightly different approach, so we encourage you to practice with all of us.

Sculpt - not heated
Rooted in the traditions of Vinyasa Yoga, our Yoga Sculpt classes work to strengthen and lengthen the muscles we use in most yoga classes. We'll focus on what's being engaged, what's being stretched, and what the correct alignment is for each asana. Classes are a combination of flow, holding/maintaining the poses, and proper breathing. Each Stone Wave Yoga Instructor will have a different approach to our Yoga Sculpt classes, so we encourage you to take class with us all! All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.

Gentle Flow - not heated
Blending together concepts of restorative yoga, thoughtful stretching, yoga asanas, meditation, and mindful alignment, our gentle classes are a great complement to any of our yoga classes and/or the perfect class to take on its own. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to move slower and dig deeper, our gentle yoga classes are the perfect addition to your day. While moving at a slower pace, you'll give your body the attention it deserves.

Hot 26 60min Express - 100 degrees (can feel like 105)
This hot express class is 60 minutes and is heated to approximately 100 degrees (can feel like 105 degrees) with approximate 40% humidity. Hold the poses a little longer and move through a set series of shapes in our infrared heated room.

Hot 26 75 min - 100 degrees (can feel like 105)
This hot class is 75 minutes and is heated to approximately 100 degrees (can feel like 105 degrees) with approximate 40% humidity. Repeat poses and move through a set series of shapes in our infrared heated room.

Awake & Align - not heated
As alignment is not just physical, this class is designed to align body, mind, and spirit. In this practice we move through a flow more slowly focusing on awareness and alignment cues. This class can be done often with modifications with props for poses. This can be therapeutic for specific conditions both physical and mental.

Sweat and Surrender - not heated
This class is designed to warm you up from the inside out with a strong flow. Begin with vinyasa to create heat, then a sweet cool down and surrender into peaceful savasana. Come try postures that are outside of the box. Based in philosophy this class is the perfect way to strengthen muscles, release toxins and expand your mind.

The Vinyasa experience utilizes sun salutations to link sequenced poses into an organic whole that sustains clarity of focus, builds inner heat and develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. In this class we will explore postures that strengthen the abdominals, posterior chain, as well as the shoulders. This type of work not only creates more core strength but also improves overall posture. Variations will be offered for newer students.

Heal and restore with this slow paced practice. This class is a perfect compliment to an active, busy or fast paced life style giving you balance to heal and meditate the body and mind. Students can expect to hold seated or lying down postures for long periods of time while finding support with props. This practice teaches us patience and to be fully present while calming the nervous system and releasing tension built up in the deep connective tissue. Relax by candlelight leaving you feeling rejuvenated and nourished.

Prenatal Yoga
During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Stretch + Breathe- not heated
Our most accessible, gentle class for all levels and abilities.  While being guided though various stretches, you will make space for your day, focus your energy, and connect deeply to your breath.
