Warm Vinyasa - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. Vinyasa yoga, often described as a moving meditation, is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link intelligently sequenced poses into a continuously flowing organic whole. The Vinyasa experience sustains clarity of focus and builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion. The result is improved balance, resilience and endurance.
Each Stone Wave teacher offers a slightly
different approach to our vinyasa classes, so we encourage you to practice with all of us. All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.

Warm Gentle Yoga - 86 degrees
Blending together concepts of restorative yoga, thoughtful stretching, yoga asanas, meditation, and mindful alignment, our gentle classes are a great complement to any of our yoga classes and/or the perfect class to take on its own. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to move slower and dig deeper, our gentle yoga classes are the perfect addition to your day. While moving at a slower pace, you'll give your body the attention it deserves.

Warm Yin/Restorative - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. Yin yoga targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.

Yoga Sculpt - not heated
Rooted in the traditions of Vinyasa Yoga, our Yoga Sculpt classes work to strengthen and lengthen the muscles we use in most yoga classes. We'll focus on what's being engaged, what's being stretched, and what the correct alignment is for each asana. Classes are a combination of flow, holding/maintaining the poses, and proper breathing. Each Stone Wave Yoga Instructor will have a different approach to our Yoga Sculpt classes, so we encourage you to take class with us all! All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.

Gentle Yoga - not heated

Hot 26 and Hot 50 60min Express - 105 degrees
This hot express class is 60 minutes and is heated to approximately 105 degrees with approximate 40% humidity. Hold the poses a little longer and move through a set series of shapes in our infrared heated room.

Warm Alignment - 87 degrees
This class is gently heated to approximately 87 degrees. The Alignment Yoga class is designed to fully break down asanas from head to toe. By paying close attention to anatomical details and the muscle intelligence in each posture, Alignment Yoga is a practice of precision. Poses are held for long periods and are often modified with props. This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions both physical and mental.

Prenatal Yoga
During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Sweat and Surrender - 92 degrees
This class is designed to warm you up from the inside out. Begin with vinyasa flows to create heat and sweat, then a sweet cool down and surrender into a peaceful savasana.
The perfect way to release muscles and toxins.
Studio will be heated to approximately 92 degrees to allow the body to warm up, sweat and surrender.

Energy Restore - not heated
Heal and restore with this slow paced practice. This class is a perfect compliment to an active, busy or fast paced life style giving you balance to heal and meditate the body and mind. Students can expect to hold seated or lying down postures for long periods of time while finding support with props. This practice teaches us patience and to be fully present while calming the nervous system and releasing tension built up in the deep connective tissue. Relax by candlelight leaving you feeling rejuvenated and nourished.

Stretch + Breathe- not heated
Our most accessible, gentle class for all levels and abilities.  While being guided though various stretches, you will make space for your day, focus your energy, and connect deeply to your breath.
