Yin + Restore Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Program

This course is 50 CEU’s with Yoga Alliance

Full offering includes:

  • 16 hours of in-person workshop

  • 16 hours of Yin class

  • 4 hours of Practice Teaching (req)

  • 10 hours of guided self study

  • 2 Books (Yin Yoga by Bernie Clark and Restorative Yoga for Beginners by Mia Caldwell)

Liz Glover Wilson, Founder, E-RYT 500, Personal Trainer, Ayurveda Wellness Coach and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Trainer

Liz believes that movement and fitness can bring healing to the world - one person at a time.

Liz is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassionate centered philosophy. A student of yoga philosophy, inter-religious studies and Christ-consciousness, Liz weaves in a beautiful expansive vibe to all her offerings. She encourages self-study and exploration. She supports and seeks to foster community wherever she goes; believing in the strength of unity.
