Meditation 101 Monthly Drop In

Join us for a Cold Moon Intention Flow, a soothing full-moon yoga practice designed to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome clarity for the winter season ahead. Under the symbolic glow of December’s Cold Moon, we’ll blend slow, mindful movement with grounding breathwork and reflective intention-setting. This gentle practice invites you to turn inward, warm the spirit, and create space for fresh insights as the year comes to a close.

Join us for Solstice Stillness, a grounding winter yoga class that honors the turning of the season and the gradual return of the light. Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and restorative poses, we’ll create space to release the heaviness of the dark months and welcome a sense of renewal. This peaceful practice invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the warmth within as we celebrate the magic of the Winter Solstice.


One Day New Year Meditation Mini Retreat

Together, we will explore some key questions - where do intentions come from? How do we sustain intentions? How do our efforts nourish us?

Reclaim Your Space: Self-Care for Rejuvenation

Join us for an immersive evening of self-care and renewal. This 2-hour experience includes: Singing & sound healing, Yin & restorative yoga, Essential oil experiences throughout the yoga practice and workshop, Intention-setting circle, Self-care tips with essential oils + Healthy nibbles & calming tea to unwind.
