Since purchasing the building in early 2017 and opening our doors on June 3, 2017, Stone Wave Movement Studio has been a welcoming, judgment-free space rooted in movement, wellness, and community. After nearly a decade of yoga, fitness, Pilates, retreats, teacher trainings, and countless moments of connection, Stone Wave closed its doors on September 12, 2026. We are deeply grateful to the thousands of students, teachers, visitors, and friends who helped make these years so meaningful, and to the Gardiner community for welcoming us and supporting us along the way.

A Very Important Message from Liz Glover Wilson, Founder + Steward of Stone Wave Yoga.
Greetings,
After much reflection and many hours of quiet contemplation, I’ve found peace in a decision that is both tender and true: it’s time for me to say farewell. After nine years, Stone Wave will close its doors on Saturday, September 12th so that I can focus on my family and my health.
What I also realized is this: you can close a studio, but you can’t close a community. What we’ve built together lives far beyond four walls.
