Stretch + Breathe
Our most accessible, gentle class for all levels and abilities. While being guided though various stretches, you will make space for your day, focus your energy, and connect deeply to your breath.
Weekend Warrior 45
Stone Wave Yoga's signature 45 minute class. We welcome all levels, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas (poses) is highly recommended. In this shorter, well-rounded class, you will enjoy salutations, side stretches, arm balances (or prep) and a vigorous pace.
Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to move slower and dig deeper, our gentle yoga classes are the perfect addition to your day. While moving at a slower pace, you'll give your body the attention it deserves.
Connect your breath with your movement while being guided through the asanas (yoga poses). Each Stone Wave teacher offers a slightly different approach to our vinyasa classes, so we encourage you to practice with all of us. All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.
Stretch + Meditate
Slow down and carve out time for your body and mind. We'll move through a series of accessible, light stretches to prepare the body to sit or recline comfortably so we can focus on our minds. Both guided and unguided meditation techniques are offered. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Yoga + Mat Pilates
Stone Wave Yoga's perfect blend of classical mat pilates and traditional yoga are fused together to create alignment and strength
in your body. All Levels welcome.
Ashtanga Style/Half Primary
An Ashtanga Style influenced class open to yogis with an ongoing yoga practice.
Family Music + Movement
We’ll enjoy music and merry making while moving and grooving with one another! Using our bodies and our voices, as well as instruments, scarves, and a parachute, you and your family are invited to shake, twirl, twist, and whirl in promoting positive vibes while getting the heart pumping and the fun flowing!
Grow Yoga - for Kids ages 5-8
For ages 4 to 13, our Grow Yoga program offers a loving, supportive environment for your children. They will learn stress management skills, body awareness and healthful choices - all while having FUN! Our teachers are committed and certified.
Lauren Healy 45 minutes
During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.
