“One Day: A Day of Alignment”
New Year Meditation Retreat
Sunday, January 4th | 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM | GARDINER STUDIO
hosted by: Dr. Michael LaFemina, D.Ac, MS Ed E-RYT
Mini retreat from 2024’s Meditation Teacher Training.
Join us for the first of four seasonal meditation mini-retreats this year! In January, we will dedicate our practice and reflection to inner stillness, reflection, and intention setting. Together, we will explore some key questions - where do intentions come from? How do we sustain intentions? How do our efforts nourish us?
