Were you a beginner before you started classes with us?

I have been a yogi for almost 20 years.

How does your life/health compare now with before you joined?

About the same, I feel pretty good apart from the little aches and pains that come with overdoing life at times.  

What goals do you have for yourself/what have you already accomplished?

I would like to discipline myself to have a home practice and to have the patience to learn more to share with my students for my day job. I have finally accomplished that my practice is mine.  I have stopped looking at other yogis during class and yearning to have their form or flexibility. I have learned more self kindness. 

Any other comments?

Stone Wave, at the foot of the gunks is a lovely space to practice traditional and differently styled yoga. The diverse classes taught by a creative range of teachers help me enjoy yoga, reap its benefits but in a light minded, easy way.
