Our most accessible, gentle class for all levels and abilities. While being guided though various stretches, you will make space for your day, focus your energy, and connect deeply to your breath.
Our traditional hatha yoga class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to move a little slower and go a little deeper in their practice.
Blending together concepts of restorative yoga, thoughtful stretching, yoga asanas, meditation, and mindful alignment, our gentle classes are a great complement to any of our yoga classes and/or the perfect class to take on its own. Whether you're an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to move slower and dig deeper, our gentle yoga classes are the perfect addition to your day. While moving at a slower pace, you'll give your body the attention it deserves.

Each Stone Wave teacher offers a slightly different approach to our vinyasa classes, so we encourage you to practice with all of us. Yoga Flow + Sculpt
Rooted in the traditions of Vinyasa Yoga, our Yoga Sculpt classes work to strengthen and lengthen the muscles we use in most yoga classes. We'll focus on what's being engaged, what's being stretched, and what the correct alignment is for each asana. Classes are a combination of flow, holding/maintaining the poses, and proper breathing. Each Stone Wave Yoga Instructor will have a different approach to our Yoga Sculpt classes, so we encourage you to take class with us all! All levels are welcome, but a regular yoga practice and understanding of the asanas is recommended.
Heal and restore with this slow paced practice. This class is a perfect compliment to an active, busy or fast paced life style giving you balance to heal and meditate the body and mind. Students can expect to hold seated or lying down postures for long periods of time while finding support with props. This practice teaches us patience and to be fully present while calming the nervous system and releasing tension built up in the deep connective tissue. Relax by candlelight leaving you feeling rejuvenated and nourished.
During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress on you mentally and physically. A way to maintain a healthy mind and body is prenatal yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Inner Strength Core
We will explore postures that strengthen the abdominals, posterior chain, as well
as the shoulders. This type of work not only creates more core strength but also corrects structural issues
of the spinal area and improves overall posture. Variations will be offered for newer students.

Grow Yoga - for Kids ages 5-8
For ages 4 to 13, our Grow Yoga program offers a loving, supportive environment for your children. They will learn stress management skills, body awareness and healthful choices - all while having FUN! Our teachers are committed and certified.
Grow Yoga - for Kids ages 9-12
Ages 9-12 - Yoga for Kids! The benefits of children's yoga are endless – Through movement, breath, and relaxation, our young yoga students develop self-confidence, self-control and self-awareness. Starting them young on the mat reaps long-term benefits.
Baby + Me
Infants to Crawlers- Find your center, relax, and connect with your baby. This class focuses on postures and breathing techniques for Mom. Special attention is given to the realignment of your body - especially your tense shoulders and aching back (consequences of carrying and nursing your growing baby). During the class, you have the option: either your baby can be close to you on the mat or can actually participate in the movements.
