Committed to providing wellness and yoga for as many people as we can.
We will remain diligent in cleaning our studio, and will continue to use all the tools available to contribute to keeping a safe and healthy environment. Additionally, we support our instructors and their decisions. Thank you for being here and for your love and commitment to the yoga community.
We respect ALL. Yes, all. We believe that you have the right to be you. Our goal is to foster an environment of respect, love and expansiveness.
We do not support hate, or destruction. We do support forgiveness, repair, and rebuilding.
Class options for everyone.
Online/Virtual: Offering virtual classes, workshops, meditation, etc so nobody is left out
Seasonal Outdoor Classes: Offered at both of our locations when weather is nice
Indoor Offerings: We are following all State mandated regulations (see below for indoor details)
Private Sessions: We can host indoor private practice at either one of our locations, or come to you.

Committed to Clean Space
Will have a surplus of hand sanitizer throughout the space and in restroom facilities.
Props, Floors and surfaces are disinfected after each class.

INDOOR: Fresh Air Purifiers with HEPA Filters.
Each studio is equipped with two air purifiers and filters that are designed to remove viruses from the air, as well as other air pollutants, pollen, allergens, VOCs, and odor. Both of our studio locations have high ceilings, fans, and lots of windows to keep our air fresh and clean.
Honoring Our Instructors
Our instructors can wear a mask if they choose. We honor each of our instructors rights to choose. However they may be vaccinated and still choose to wear a mask. Our protocols are focused on universal respect, love and mutual care for all human beings; not about any particular political, religious, or personal positions.
SEASONAL OUTDOOR: Even More Room and Fresh Air
We offer seasonal outdoor yoga at both of our locations.
No masks required outdoors.
