Stone Wave Story

Inspired by our view of Millbrook Cliff - part of the glorious Shawangunk Ridge, Stone Wave represents a breaking wave; power, strength and fluidity. For the cliff's to form, and be the mecca for climbers, hikers and nature enthusiasts it is today - the stone wave has been breaking for 1,000's of years - creating this stunning natural habitat. 


The philosophy of Stone Wave Yoga is inspired by nature. We believe that - like stone, we seek strength and stability and yet - like a breaking wave, we remain agile and flexible; allowing for deeper growth and openness to beautiful change.

Created by Liz Glover Wilson, Artist and Yoga Instructor and Keith Buesing, Landscape Designer and Topiary Artist - Stone Wave Yoga and Wellness Retreat Center opened in June 2017, and offers a space for everyone.

Classes and events will be offered for all levels and various types of yoga, families, kids and private groups. 

Facilities are also available for retreats, private sessions and special events.
