OUR VISION

0ur vision remains strong; creating an environment that focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection. Yoga strengthens our bodies, helps us manage stress, and improves our self-image. A commitment to wellness keeps our community connected in an effort to health. Art and creativity is accessible to all and is a healing modality. Stone Wave is community based and focuses on bringing accessibility and opportunity to residents of the Mid-Hudson Valley and beyond.

OUR VIBE

Bring your stress and let us help you start your day soothed, relaxed, and at ease.  Bring your discomfort and let us work with you to tackle your drawbacks, stiff joints, or throbbing pains.  Bring yourself, as you are, and let us support you in building strength, stability, and well-being.

INSPIRED BY NATURE COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY: Wellness. Art. Yoga.

When we stepped into our first yoga and wellness studio, we were deeply inspired by our view of Millbrook Cliff - part of the glorious Shawangunk Ridge, Stone Wave represents a breaking wave; power, strength and fluidity. For the cliff's to form, and be the mecca for climbers, hikers and nature enthusiasts it is today - the stone wave has been breaking for 1,000's of years - creating this stunning natural habitat.

The philosophy of Stone Wave Yoga is inspired by nature. We believe that - like stone, we seek strength and stability and yet - like a breaking wave, we remain agile and flexible; allowing for deeper growth and openness to beautiful change.

Our motto is "COME AS YOU ARE", we completely stand behind the importance of individual power, personal growth and unlimited transformation of self!

Stone Wave was birthed with radical love in mind. We look to learn and develop unconditional love; a love that is not exclusive but inclusive of ALL creatures.

I woke up this morning and am reminded that there are so many ways to hold space, show we care, and show up for one another. It is so important that we operate from a deep place of love and care. How lovely it is when we can show love in any ‘weather.’ It is a call to unconditional love.
