‘Optimizing Health With Chinese Medical Wisdom’
Hudson Valley Retreat

Hosted by Michael and Marika LaFemina, along with special guest instructors - join us for a rejuvenating weekend of beautiful nature, inspiring workshops, good people, and delicious food.

Retreat starts Saturday at noon with vegetarian lunch, followed by yoga, hiking and Qi Gong around Minnewaska and/or a special session called Groundwork: The Art of Release; a midday workshop of art, journeling and restorative yoga at Stone Wave, with Liz Glover-Wilson. End your Saturday with an optional star-gazing and bonfire at Stone Wave, or private time to explore the region dinner.

Michael and Marika LaFemina will be leading a Sunday workshop that will delve into some of the wisdom of Chinese Medicine self care and how these simple teachings can have a profound impact on our everyday health.

Option to arrive on Friday for evening yoga classes at Stone Wave.

How to Arrive

By car: Stone Wave Yoga is located at 2694 US-44, Gardiner, NY 12525 (90 minutes north of NYC).

By bus: Adirondack Trailways from Port Authority NY to New Paltz Bus Terminal. The studio is a short taxi ride away from the bus station (approximately 10-15 minutes). You will need to arrange for transportation to and from your accommodations as well

By train: MetroNorth to Beacon or Poughkeepise and take taxi to destination
