Don’t let yourself feel intimidated; just remember a few simple hints, and you'll be well on your way to practicing a fun and rewarding yoga for beginners.

At Stone Wave Yoga, we offer classes for everyone (from those recovering from injury to those who want to try a handstand).  

Here it is about the journey. We have a "come as you are" policy and a non-competitive atmosphere. We have a beautiful and peaceful space, where you can find your way through mindfullness, breath and movement. 

Yoga is for everyone. 

We believe that every person in this world can practice yoga. People of all ethnicities, faiths, genders, sexual orientation, and abilities can come to the mat and have an experience that is unique to them.

Yoga is different for each person; that’s one of the things we love about it! In our grow yoga classes for kids, we encourage them and celebrate every time they show up on the mat. The same thing applies to us grown ups as well; all we have to do is com and that's enough to celebrate.

Our instructors are certified and committed. They get to know each student, and design their classes and poses to grow with the students. 

So come to class and leave everything else outside the door! Your new practice is waiting for you!
